1. General Information
I offer a variety of products, each with different availability statuses:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: These are items that are already in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- Made-to-Order Items: These products are not yet ready and are created specifically for you upon placing a pre-order.
2. Shipping Times
Ready-to-Ship Items
For items that are in stock and ready to ship, we aim to process and ship your order within five (5) business days after your order has been placed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Made-to-Order Items
For items that are made-to-order, please allow us up to one and a half months (6 weeks) for production. Once your item is completed, we will ship it within five (5) business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your item is on its way.
3. Shipping Costs
I are pleased to offer free shipping worldwide. No additional shipping costs will be applied to your order, regardless of your location.
Please note that customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties required by their country. No other taxes, apart from those applicable in your country’s customs, will be charged.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, including a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. As stated above, shipping is free. However, please be aware that additional customs fees or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delays and Backorders
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain delays, high order volumes) may result in delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated shipping estimate.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
- For custom designs, all design details are discussed and agreed upon in advance, ensuring that the product meets your exact specifications before production begins.
- For ready-made items, or orders based on existing designs, returns are also not accepted.
